Data Deletion

You can revoke Google access immediately and request deletion of data associated with Hermes AI.

Revoke access in Google

  1. Open Google Account third-party connections.
  2. Go to third-party app connections.
  3. Select Hermes AI.
  4. Choose the option to revoke or remove access.

Revoking access prevents future Google API access under that authorization. It does not itself send us a deletion request for data already retained.

Request deletion by email

Email support@vconsult.kz with the subject “Hermes AI data deletion request.” Include the Google Account email used for the connection and, when applicable, the Google Ads account identifier. Do not send your password, OAuth token or other credentials.

What we delete

After reasonably verifying the request, we delete associated OAuth tokens, integration settings, stored Google Ads data, and related reports and logs. Data required by law or needed for legitimate security records may be retained only for the applicable required period.

Timing

We target completion no later than 30 calendar days after receiving and verifying a complete request. We will use the contact address to communicate if identification is insufficient or a legal exception applies.
