Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Hermes AI, an AI-assisted service for authorized Google Ads analysis, reporting, recommendations and campaign management.
1. Access and eligibility
You may use Hermes AI only if you can lawfully agree to these terms and have lawful rights to every Google Ads account you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and for maintaining the security of your access.
2. Permitted use
Use the service only for lawful advertising analysis and management. You must not access accounts without permission, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use outputs to violate law, platform policy or third-party rights.
3. AI-assisted output and user review
AI-generated analysis and recommendations may contain errors, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. You must review important recommendations and changes before relying on them. Critical operations may require confirmation, but confirmation controls do not replace your judgment.
4. Account actions
Hermes AI performs only actions within granted permissions and for accounts you are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for budgets, campaign settings, approvals and business decisions. Changes may be reviewed in Google Ads Change History.
5. Availability and suspension
We may modify, interrupt or suspend access for maintenance, security, suspected misuse, legal requirements, non-payment where applicable, or material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will use proportionate measures.
6. Software and intellectual property
Hermes AI and its software, design and original content remain the property of Veritas Consult or applicable licensors. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer intellectual property rights. Google and Google Ads are the property of their respective owner.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Veritas Consult is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, or advertising performance decisions arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using Hermes AI and revoke Google access at any time. We may terminate access for material breach, unlawful use or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, liability and governing law—remain effective.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Mandatory consumer or other protections applicable to you are not displaced.
